Project Constructor (ProjectCollection)

Constructs an empty project using the given project collection global properties and default tools version.

MSBuild is now included in Visual Studio instead of the .NET Framework. You can use MSBuild 12.0 side-by-side with versions previously deployed with the .NET Framework.For more information, see What's New in MSBuild 12.0.

Parameters

• projectCollection
  Type: Microsoft.Build.Evaluation.ProjectCollection

  The project collection that the new project is added to.

Remarks

This project is added to the given project collection when it is given the full path to the source project file, typically by saving the project.
