Async.StartWithContinuations<'T> 方法 (F#)
直接從目前的作業系統執行緒開始，傳回非同步計算。在作業完成時，呼叫三個接續項目的其中一個。

參數
computation
型別：Async<'T>要執行的非同步計算。
continuation
型別：'T -> unit成功時呼叫的函式。
exceptionContinuation
型別：exn -> unit發生例外狀況時呼叫的函式。
cancellationContinuation
型別：OperationCanceledException -> unit取消時呼叫的函式。
cancellationToken
型別：CancellationToken要與計算產生關聯的取消語彙基元。如果未提供這個參數，則會使用預設值。
備註
如果未提供取消語彙基元，則會使用預設的取消語彙基元。
