如果輸入序列是空的，則為 true。否則會傳回 false。
備註
source 序列的第一個項目，則為，如果有一個，在每次呼叫時評估。若要避免這種情況，您可以使用 Seq.cache 建立快取的序列。
這個函式在已編譯的組件中名為 IsEmpty。如果您是透過 F# 以外的 .NET 語言，或是透過反映來存取函式，請使用這個名稱。
