參數

• propertyName
  型別：System.String
  屬性的名稱。

• resetCache
  型別：System.Boolean
  true 表示重新處理 MSBuild 屬性快取。

• evaluation
  型別：Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Schema.Package.Project.DatabaseProjectPropertyValueType
  判斷最終評估結果是否為移除所有內嵌巨集。
