Valid values for the SpatialIndexType property are:

Value	Description
Index is not spatial	None = 0
Geometric Spatial Index Type	GeometryGrid = 1
Geography Grid Spatial Index Type	GeographyGrid = 2

This property cannot be modified by using the Alter()()()() method. To change the property, the index must be rebuilt or re-created.
