A Boolean value that specifies the whether the ASNI_PADDING_ENABLED column option is active or not. If True, trailing blanks inserted into variable-length columns are not trimmed. If False (default), blanks inserted into variable-length columns are trimmed.

This property specifies whether trailing blanks in variable-length columns are trimmed or not.
