SqlCeDataAdapter.RowUpdating 事件

備註
使用 Update 時，每個更新的資料列會發生兩個事件。執行的順序如下：
DataRow 中的值會移至參數值。
引發 OnRowUpdating 事件。
執行命令。
如果此命令設定為 FirstReturnedRecord，則傳回的第一個結果會放置在 DataRow 中。
引發 OnRowUpdated 事件。
呼叫 AcceptChanges。
