Sets the value of the specified column to the passed-in Int32 value.

Parameters
- ordinal
The ordinal position of the column to set.

Remarks
The underlying column must be of type int.
An exception is thrown if the row is not marked as updatable.
An exception is thrown if no field exists at the specified position.
