備註
因為WebId屬性並沒有簡單的預設值，將提供這個ShouldSerialize方法。這個方法會指示屬性是否已變更其預設值。如果您開發ListViewWebPart的設計工具或開發您自己加入ListViewWebPart的控制項，您通常叫用這個方法。
如果SerializeAll屬性是true或WebId的值不是Empty，這個方法會傳回true 。
