Retrieves the cached version of a specified SPListItem with the specified parameters.

Parameters

• list
  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPList

  An SPList object. Specifies the list on a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web site that contains the list item.

• listItem
  Type: System.Int32

  An integer that represents the list item to retrieve.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPListItem
An SPListItem object.

Remarks

The SPListItem is returned from either a normal list or a list with an external data source.
