Retrieves an array of SocialTerm objects in the term store with the specified SocialItemPrivacy.

  A URL representing the location in the term store from which to retrieve the social terms.

• maximumItemsToReturn

  The maximum size of the array.

• socialItemPrivacy
  Type: Microsoft.Office.Server.SocialData.SocialItemPrivacy

  The SocialItemPrivacy value that determines whether private tags will be returned.
