FRAMESET HTML Element
The FRAMESET element specifies a frameset consisting of 1 or more frames. This is a block element and requires a closing tag.
Note Windows Mobile-based Smartphones do not support frames.

BORDER | 0...# | Specifies the number of pixels to reserve as space between frames. If the value is less than 3, Internet Explorer Mobile uses the value of 3. |
CLASS | Associates the element with a CSS style.

COLS | String | Comma-separated values specifying frame width. Values are in pixels, a percentage of the available width, or the relative value width*. After allocating space for pixel and percentage width sized frames, the remaining space is divided between relative-sized frames. |
ID | Uniquely identifies the element within a document.

ONLOAD | An event that occurs when the frameset is loaded.
