License and Service Agreement

Before deploying a Microsoft® .NET Passport-enabled Web site, participating sites must sign the Microsoft .NET Passport License and Service Agreement.

Privacy Statement

All Web sites participating in the .NET Passport program must have a posted privacy statement. In addition, all U.S. based sites are encouraged to be registered with an independent, industry-recognized, privacy-assurance body such as TRUSTe and BBBOnline .
