IMSVidStreamBufferSinkEvent2 Interface

The IMSVidStreamBufferSinkEvent2 interface is used to receive events from the MSVidStreamBufferSink object.
In addition to the methods inherited from IMSVidStreamBufferSinkEvent, the IMSVidStramBufferSinkEvent2 interface exposes the following methods.
