AVEncMPVDefaultBPictureCount Property
Specifies the default number of consecutive B frames between I and P frames. This property applies to MPEG video encoders.

Possible Values
This property has a linear range of values. To get the supported range, call ICodecAPI::GetParameterRange.
Remarks
This property is read/write.
The encoder can use this property to determine the group of pictures (GOP) structure. However, the encoder is not guaranteed to use this setting.
