在原型中的類別/參數名稱不相符的標頭檔中的版本。某些已修改以提高可讀性。

這個函式會傳回藉由判斷次數第一個 iterator 的兩個 iterator 之間的距離就不必直到它等於最後一個 iterator 遞增。
