參數

• projectUri
  型別：System.String
  如果是空的或空的，群組會建立在伺服器範圍，或群組是建立在專案範圍內每個參數

• groupName
  型別：System.String
  name

• groupDescription
  型別：System.String
  描述。可以是空白

傳回值

型別：Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.IdentityDescriptor
識別項是所建立之群組的 Sid 的描述項
