測試一個項目中的地區設定是一個英數字元或標點符號。

  包含項目的地區設定要測試的。

傳回值

true ，如果測試的項目是字母或標點符號， false ，否則會傳回。

備註

樣板函式傳回 use_facet<ctype<CharType> > (_Loc)。是(ctype<CharType>::graph， _Ch)。
