Omit Default Descr. in Jnl. Field, G/L Account Table

Here you can choose whether the system must automatically fill in the description of the G/L account when entering a general journal line or leave the description field blank. To leave the description field blank, place a check mark in the check box. You have to enter a description in the general journal line before you can post the journal.

This functionality is only implemented on the general journal windows in several application areas and on the local Cash Bank Giro windows.
