Unit Cost (LCY) Field, Sales Line Table
Specifies the unit cost of the item on the line. If the Costing Method field on the item card is set to Standard, then this field is automatically filled from the Unit Cost field on the item card.
The unit cost represents the value the items have in the inventory. It does not influence the amounts on the sales lines.
