Warning Status Field, Service Header Table
Contains the current response time warning status for the service order. There are four options: Blank (no status), First Warning, Second Warning and Third Warning.
The program automatically updates this field when sending e-mail messages warning the recipient that the response time for the service order is approaching and no work has been started.
The time interval for sending the first warning is defined in the First Warning Within (Hours) field in the Service Mgt. Setup table. The program sends the message to the address specified in the E-Mail field for the responsibility center in the service order, or, if that address does not exist, to the address specified in the Send First Warning To field in the Service Mgt. Setup table. The procedure is the same for the second and third warnings.
