Substitutes Exist
Indicates if a substitute item exists for the component on the planning line.
Note
This feature only applies to production order components. Substitution of items for sales demand must be done from the sales order.
In the field contains Yes, then you can click the lookup button to see the Item Substitution Entries window and select the suggested item as an alternative supply. The substitute item is then carried to the planning line for further processing into a supply order.
