Unit Duration (Min.) Field, Segment Header Table

Specifies the duration of a single interaction created for this segment.

The program automatically fills in this field if a unit duration has been specified for the interaction template you have chosen.

When you record the interaction, the program updates the Duration (Min.) field in the Campaign table.
