Microsoft SharePoint Connection Setup Window
Shows how a service such as Office 365 is set up for storing and accessing documents online.
If you want to use the same folder to store temporary files for all users, you must specify a shared user account. Otherwise, each user's temporary files are stored in their personal document repository on the SharePoint site.

You can integrate your Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution with service providers such as Office 365 and SharePoint Online to store and access documents online. You set up the configuration in the Microsoft SharePoint Connection Setup window, and then, when users open a document from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, a connection is made to the specified document storage service.
