How to: Define VAT Statements

You use a VAT statement to calculate your VAT settlement amount for a certain period, for example, a quarter.

To define VAT statements

In the Search box, enter VAT Statement, and then choose the related link.
In the VAT Statement window, choose the Name field to see the VAT Statement Names window.
Set up a new statement. Fill in the Name and Description fields.
Select the new VAT Statement name and choose the OK button.
Fill in the fields in the VAT Statement window. For more information about a specific field, select the field, and then press F1.
