Remarks
With the row and column values of the RegionCodeDataSet..::.StateCodesDataTable you can determine exactly which cell of the data table has been modified.
A CountryCodeChangeEventArg is returned as part of the CountryCodeChanged and CountryCodeChanging events to indicate the action that was taken on a row to raise the event.
