To show a dialog box and process messages from it, this method performs the following actions:

The shell must be queried for a ShowDialogContainer if one is not available.
Messages that originate in the dialog box must be captured by calling AddMessageFilter.
The message filter must be removed by calling RemoveMessageFilter.
