This function retrieves a vector, assigning each character in the specified stringto an element of the vector.
Syntax
HRESULT VectorFromBstr(
BSTR bstr,
SAFEARRAY FAR* FAR* ppsa
);
Parameters
- bstr
[in] Unicode string to be converted to a vector.
- ppsa
[out] On exit, pointer to a one-dimensional safearray that contains the characters in the BSTR.
Return Value
Returns the HRESULT values shown in the following table.

Remarks
Passing invalid (and under some circumstances NULL) pointers to this function causes an unexpected termination of the application.
