會傳回一個二進位述詞的補充方法。

要變成相反值的二進位述詞。
傳回值
是完整限定這個二進位述詞否定的二進位述詞。
備註
如果 binary_negate 從二進位述詞 BinPred(x, y),則建構傳回!BinPred(x, y)。
