如果您在外部租用戶中使用 Microsoft Entra External ID，則外部租用戶技術問題目前無法使用支援要求功能。不過，您可以使用 [新增支援要求] 頁面上的 [提供回饋意見] 連結來提供意見反應。或者，您可以切換至 Microsoft Entra 員工租用戶，並開啟支援要求。
如果您不是 Azure 客戶，您可以使用商務用 Microsoft 支援服務開啟支援要求。
