Business value

As a seller, you spend time in the field meeting with customers and staying up to date on your mobile device. With the core experiences enabled in the Outlook mobile app, you remain on the go with the support of your sales personal assistant. Sellers can easily track emails to CRM, keep the CRM updated, and leverage AI power to summarize and generate email replies, all from within the mobile version of Outlook on iPhone or Android devices.

Feature details

Mobile features will be available automatically for all users of the Microsoft Outlook app on Android and iOS devices. As a seller, you'll be able to leverage main features from the mobile application by selecting the "..." menu within an email to bring up the Copilot for Sales app. This will include features found on the desktop, including:

  • AI generative email responses
  • AI-generated email and opportunity summaries
  • Tracking Outlook activities to CRM
  • Creating and editing contacts or other CRM objects

Copilot for Sales can be opened when reading emails in mobile Outlook.
