要檢查的物件 Type。

傳回

Boolean

如果指定的 Type 可由用戶端啟動，則為 true，否則為 false。

例外狀況

SecurityException

至少有一個呼叫堆疊中較高的呼叫端，不具有設定遠端類型和通道的使用權限。
