Specifies the catalog item that is used for the item definition of an existing linked item. This method applies to the Report
item type.

If the item specified in the ItemPath
parameter already contains an item definition, a SOAP exception is thrown with error code rsWrongItemType
.
Using this method changes the ModifiedBy, ModifiedDate, and Size properties of the item.
