Remarks
The CleanUpTracerTokenHistory(DateTime) method is supported only with transactional replication.
The CleanUpTracerTokenHistory(DateTime) method can only be called by members of the sysadmin fixed server role on the Distributor or by members of the db_owner or replmonitor fixed database roles in the distribution database.
Calling CleanUpTracerTokenHistory(DateTime) is equivalent to executing sp_deletetracertokenhistory (Transact-SQL) at the Distributor.

The ID of the tracer token to remove from the publication database and all subscription databases. Use the EnumTracerTokens() method to return all existing tracer tokens for a monitored publication.
