Gets or sets whether the pool size should automatically adjust according to the AutoScaleFormula.

Remarks
If true, the AutoScaleFormula property is required, the pool automatically resizes according to the formula, and TargetDedicatedComputeNodes and TargetLowPriorityComputeNodes must be null.
If false, one of the TargetDedicatedComputeNodes or TargetLowPriorityComputeNodes properties is required.
The default value is false.
