Determines if a code point has a defined meaning in the up-to-date Unicode standard.

Determines if a code point has a defined meaning in the up-to-date Unicode standard. E.g. supplementary code points though allocated space are not defined in Unicode yet.<br> Up-to-date Unicode implementation of java.lang.Character.isDefined()
