Gratavid makes it easy to collect and send personalized videos via email and text. Use the Gratavid connector to send Gratavids automatically or create a Gratavid task for high-value customer activity. For example, record a personalized video after someone donates, submits a form, or reaches a milestone. You can also use the connector to send engagement data (i.e., video watched, reply, unsubscribes, etc.) back into your CRM.

Get started with your connector
There are three main ways you can use the Gratavid connector. We’ve included an example use case for each.
Save Gratavid engagement events back in your CRM. For example, when a contact replies to your Gratavid, use this connector to save their reply in your CRM.
Automatically send a Gratavid. For example, send a Gratavid when a prospect submits a form on your website.
Create a Gratavid task. For example, create a Gratavid task reminding you to personally thank a donor who just made a $500 donation.

Q: Can I send Gratavids via text? A: Yes.
Q: Can I use Gratavid to request videos from people outside my organization? A: Yes. One of Gratavids primary features is the ability to request videos from anyone via text or email.
Q: Can I add my branding? A: Yes. Gratavids are fully customizable. You can add your branding, colors, and background images.
