Is it possible to MAKE device developers to support 'hardware mixer' functionality in their audio drivers? If audio paths and path gains/states cannot be controlled by general user-mode software there're nearly no chance for that software vendor to make VoIP or another 'sound' application without full-scale support from hardware developer. This means that hardware companies can control software vendors and this looks much like monopoly. It restricts software-vendor possiblities by hardware vendors. Is it really honest to call device 'Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0+ compatible' when it doesn't support VoIP SDK and even underlying levels??? Actually there's no difference between Mobile 5.0, 6.0 and Windows CE 4.2- on such devices :(

It is a must to implement a mobile trading system API which is using mobile operator's infrastructure to collect money instead of credit card system.
