On November 29, Microsoft will be hosting a free training event in Silverlight 1.0 at building 33 in the Redmond campus. This is a pretty cool building in fact -- it hosts lots of high profile events, including one with Bill Clinton last week! It's a full day event with a schedule aimed at both designers and developers where you'll get a tour of the technology, of the design tools, programming in JavaScript, designing with XAML and a whole lot more besides. The folks from Popfly will stop by and show you what and how you can build super mashups with this toolkit. A peek into the crystal ball of Silverlight and where it is going in the future will also be included.
Seats are very limited, so be sure that you register early. You can register here.

Hi Laurence, Unfortunately I cannot make it (too many trips already this year, including one to Redmond 3 weeks ago...). Will you be publishing material, for example videos like the WPF bootcamp one or slides? That would be great! Thanks, LaurentAnonymous

I believe that material will be published, but what and how much I am not clear on! Ping me again closer to the date and I might have an answer! :)
