Roderick White Indroduction

Hello

My name is Rod White. I first want to thank Stephanie for inviting me to join her blog team. We hope to give you information on how to troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools and Log files and not just how to read KB articles and latest issues.

First, let me tell you a little about my technical background. I first started Microsoft support in 1996 working on the Networking team. After a year and a half I moved to the Domains team. In 1999 I had the opportunity to start on the SBS 4.5 team. At the time I wasn’t too thrill with the move from Enterprise Support to Small Business Support. After 7 years supporting SBS4.0, SBS4.0a, SBS4.5, SBS2000 and SBS2003 this was like the Greatest move I could have made looking back. WE SUPPORT EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

My first goal is to try and enhance everyone’s knowledge about FAX and fax troubleshooting. Then branch out to other topics like vpn tools and ipsec tunnels. I’m currently trying to focus my Area Of Concentration (AOC) on fax configuration and troubleshooting.
