Make sure you check out the
BPID Customer Response Team's recent post that contains a cornucopia of great questions and answers with regards to
BizTalk Server 2006. Some of the questions include:

  • Is an Indigo adapter planned?
  • Can .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 be installed side by side on the same box?
  • Does our SQL adapter support Yukon?

    No, I didn't.  Can you provide the link?  I will also try the SOAP adapter from the BizTalk 2oo6 full release.  Hope it is different.  But I am still not sure on how BizTalk can handle two different SOAP protocols with only a single soap adapter.
