The Road Ahead for CRM

I just have attended a great General CRM session here in the Dallas Convention Center presented by our Microsoft CRM General Managers that discusses the bigger and better business benefits that Microsoft CRM 3.0 customers like Volvo, United Way and Pfizer are already enjoying.

So what is the road for Microsoft CRM?

- Microsoft CRM Mobile (Launch in April)
- Microsoft CRM Partner Hosting Program (available now)
- Microsoft CRM Connectors (beginning now with Dynamics GP)

What can you expect in the next major release of Microsoft CRM?

- Multi-tenancy
- Multi-language (on a single server)
- 2007 Microsoft office system light-up
- Strong focus on delivering software-as-a-service

    Sounds like we missed a great session. Any idea on when, where, and if a recording will be posted?

    Hi Robert,

    You are right about missing a great session. If you were attending the Convergence 2006, you surely have access to the website www.msconvergence.com. Sign in there and access the dowload sections. In there you will find the session from brad wilson.

    I have not heard of seen any recorded sessions as of yet.
