If you have looked at any of the Web service specifications that Microsoft, IBM, and others have been publishing you may have wondered, “How do I get involved in this process?”  The answer is that efforts have been going on all along and we have been looking for your input through a process called “Workshops”.

Well finally it has been figured out that we can do this a lot better if we put the information on these Workshops on a public site.  So here it is: https://msdn.microsoft.com/webservices/community/workshops/.
