  1. Uninstall VMM RTM Server EVAL with Retain Data
  2. Install VMM Full Version with Retained data from the step above.
  3. After installation, connect using Administrator Console
  4. Wait for Library Refresher to run or Right click on the library server and click Refresh
  5. Go to Managed Computers View and Right click on all the hosts and library servers that are in “Access Denied” state
  6. Click Reassociate

Hosts and Library Servers should be usable again at this step.
