Humans are still smarter than computers
The proof is in the pudding. From This is Broken today:
This is a screenshot from the "Launch Music on Yahoo!" website. The website displays an article concerning Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). However, the image is of Sebastian Bach, former Skid Row frontman! This is what happens when automatic keyword tagging goes wrong....horribly, horribly wrong!
This reminded me of another time when Yahoo's automatic picture association went wrong, I saved this screenshot off several years ago:

Sorry for the off topic feedback, but look at your taskbar in the second photo? I am so glad that Windows XP has the "Group similar taskbar buttons" option. I used to have that many windows open at a time too. Thanks in general to all of Microsoft for such great functionality as the group similar taskbar and the Desktop Manager PowerToy. - Anonymous

Are you sure?
I wonder just how many people would read the articles and see no issues at all.
Ever watch Jay Leno's Streetwalkers? You wonder how some of the people that he interviews ever made it through school. And then you get really scared when you find out that some of them are school teachers! - Anonymous

I'll have to admit I can't see the problem, but then I don't recognise the name of the deceased.
I saw an interesting one on The Register a while back: http://mikedimmick.blogspot.com/2004/04/google-ad-words-gaffe.html.
