Last week, 12 Windows legacy products related hot-fix KB articles were released, including 6 forWindows Server 2003 and 6 for Internet Explorer. Below are the details:

 

Windows Server 2003 - 6 KB articles:

· 2133637 The computer stops responding at startup in Windows Server 2008 R2 if you enable the Hyper-V role and if you have more than 512 GB of RAM

· 2257912 The Lsass.exe process crashes on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003 SP2

· 2257980 0x80041002 (WBEM_E_NOT_FOUND) error code occurs when you try to open a WMI namespace on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 SP2

· 2215778 The RODCs are not included in a response to a DFS referral request from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 SP2

· 2279637 Some information is not printed when you print a large document on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003

· 2288059 The Net Logon service does not start in Windows Server 2003 after you restart the computer

Internet Explorer - 6 KB articles:

· 981991  Internet Explorer 8 crashes when you try to print a webpage that contains a frameset inside an IFRAME element

· 982094  A memory leak occurs if the content in a frame on a webpage is reloaded repeatedly in Internet Explorer 8

· 982370  You receive a "Work Offline" dialog box in Internet Explorer 8 after the computer resumes from sleep or from hibernation

· 982664  A Compatibility View list update is available for Windows Internet Explorer 8: August 10, 2010

· 2221763 You cannot open a web folder by using the httpFolder behavior from a webpage in Internet Explorer 8 on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

· 2175840 Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8 stop responding intermittently
