Q:	Can I use I provide authorised access to a Windows Azure queue?
A:	You can provide secure communication through HTTPS and with using an (ideally secondary) access key. However you cannot identify a specific user accessing the queue. For that you will need to create a web service in a worker role to front the connection and authorisation types.
