Podcasting can be...

Fun, unless one is constantly tripping over one's words/phrases.

I apologize. Most of the time when I talk about something I like, my brain feels like it is going at 120mph, racing through the details, while the mouth goes at a more pedestrian pace. Then, somewhere in between, the "clutch" engages the brain to the mouth on auto-pilot and bam, I stutter and train-wreck while I struggle to figure out how to connect the two, and then I finally get to what I want to say.

Sometimes, I really wish I knew how to successfully get from "there" to "here" without that train-wreck. Or maybe I am just too criti of myself and should just let it go. I know I definitely need to talk slower, and I need to enunciate cleaner... and both those things are usually related. Anyhow, I really enjoyed the podcasting experience, and I will try to do better next time.

Yeah, I still enjoy the "written" media a lot more... because I can edit and tweak the medium until I get the right words and meanings together. I mean, I am not one of those people who can write something from start to finish all at once. I always end up writing one paragraph after another as thoughts come to me, in some order, and then later I edit them to figure out the best overall order. Yeah, not very good for speaking...
