SharePoint AlwaysOn Setup - Access denied for File Share

I was doing an Always on setup for SharePoint 2013 setup, On the final stages, when i was performing addition of some more DBs into the availability groups, on the wizard, We got struck with file Share Check. There was an access denied error. I tried accessing the file share, I was not able to access it.

First Thing, That stroke me was , the Install account should have access on this file Share.  I added that. Now, I can access them on the Windows explorer. Re-ran the wizard, still File Share Validation failed.

Closer look onto the error message , will help you understand the issue. As it was the Availability group which was trying to restore the DBs onto the file share, SQL account required access to read/write onto that shared folder.  As we granted the access, Validation completed with Success, and the wizard.
