Hotfixes are not intended to deploy to all client computers in production. Only to machine who realy need it. technet.microsoft.com/.../cc750077.aspxAnonymous

Dear, As I'm busy preparing for SCCM 2012 I realized that for App-V you need at least 4.6 SP1 CU5. To deploy my app-V agent I wanted to use the new application model but then I got stuck if I wanted to install the agent with CU5 immediatly applied. Normally you can use the msi PATCH property but it requires you to specify a full path, so without wrapping it into a script I see this not feasible. Alternatively I could use SCUP to publish this update into WSUS but here again I have an issue because I can't specify "Microsoft" as update publisher. So, wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft made these rollups available into WSUS, so we could more easily deploy these? similar like you did with 4.6 SP1. I'm not sure if you can help me with that, but could this be taken under consideration as it would really make our lives easier? Thx, KrisAnonymous

On Windows Server 2003 there is the same problem. The service cannot be restart, and the server must be restart. I go to try this hotfix. Thank you for information
